Arrangement arrived 1 day early at the church so I was not able to give the driver their tip as I was not there. We were not aware of the change in date of the arrival. The banner stating Brother was missing and apparently they forgot to put it on the order. The flowers were sparse and missing the square foam in the vase so that the flowers would not stand up. The arrangement was supposed to be rounded but had a couple long stems off to the side so it didn’t look like what was ordered. When the store was contacted, all blame was put on me and nothing on them and no apologies.

It was CRITICAL that I have my flowers delivered to my friend in an office building on Monday morning. Thus, I ordered them online with Prior Lake shop on Sunday. Prior Lake switched my order on their own to Burnsville. At 330 PM on Monday--closing time for that office building (!) Stems & Vines Burnsville could NOT tell me IF my flowers had been delivered! I will NEVER order from them again!

This is my local florist. I've been using them for 15+ years and have never been disappointed. They are very accommodating, deliver on-time, and their arrangements are exceptional! Attached is the custom Valentine's Day bouquet I requested with Red Roses and Lillies.

We asked for white daisies in the fall and dusty blue delphiniums to match the wedding colors and boy oh boy were we delighted with the arrangements! Absolutely gorgeous and fresh! They were used to adorn tables at the rehearsal dinner, provide a pop of color at the wedding venue and again at our brunch the next day. And to top it off, the customer service was phenomenal! Thank you!

Attached is the photo of an arrangement shortly after it was delivered to the church. Note the oddly arranged drooping flowers. I paid $173.89 including delivery and tax. I was offered a 30% discount and following a disturbing phone conversation with Kori, I was sent a check for $48.32. May I suggest to anyone ordering from Stems and Vines that you are given an accurate cost up-front, make it very clear what flowers and colors you would like, and any dissatisfaction is expressed by the site chat feature and not by phone.
